We had a great experience getting my child's phase 1 braces. From the moment we walk in, Serena at the front desk is always so attentive and kind, setting a welcoming tone. Terry was incredibly efficient and gentle, making the entire process smooth. Most importantly, my child felt totally calm and at ease thanks to Terry's approach. Highly recommend this team!
